Ordering Print Manuals
Need print copies of FAME manuals? SunGard has made arrangements so you can order print manuals direct from
Dollar Bill's full-service print shop. By submitting your orders directly to the printer, you'll save
money and get your print manuals faster.
How to place an order:

Locate the manuals that you want to order in the FAME Publications
List. You will need the full name, ID code, and per copy (unit) price for each manual.
The publications list is an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.

Fill out the FAME Publications Order Form (a
Microsoft® Word file).
- Complete the Customer Information, Document Order
Information, and Special Order Instructions sections of the form. Be sure to include the
FAME ID code, price, and quantity of the publication you want. If you are ordering more
than six publications, use a second order form to list the additional publications.
- Complete the FAME customer orders only section under
Payment Method for publications order. Indicate how you want to pay for your
order: by charging to your customer account with Dollar Bill or by customer credit card. (You
can open an customer account with Dollar Bill by calling Stacey Collick at 1-734-665-9200 or
e-mailing her at stacy@dollarbillcopying.com.) Please note that the box labeled "Internal
FAME orders only" is reserved for FAME's use.
- Complete the Shipping section indicating how you want
your order shipped, including priority, and how you want to pay for shipping.

Fax your completed FAME Publications Order Form to Dollar Bill at 1-(734) 930-2800 or e-mail it to
store@dollarbillcopying.com. Dollar Bill will ship your print order within 48 hours of
receipt.
