The FAME OLE Server uses the Microsoft® Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) standard. This provides for easy application development in the Microsoft®-Windows and Windows-NT environments using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Other environments supporting OLE automation and handling of "safe arrays" such as Visual Basic and Visual C++ are also compatible with the FAME OLE Server.
